Challenge Terms

Effective and last updated: August 10, 2026 · Contract version 2026-08-10

These product-specific terms supplement the RaidReady Terms of Service. If the two conflict about the Go-Live Challenge, these Challenge Terms control.

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract where you live. By purchasing, claiming access, or using the Challenge, you agree to these terms and the Challenge Privacy Notice.

2. Price and payment

  • Stripe Checkout shows the merchant legal name, civic/postal address, public phone, and support email before you submit payment. The exact seller snapshot is retained with your private purchase contract.
  • The price is USD $7 as a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.
  • Stripe processes the payment. The final amount and currency are shown in Stripe Checkout before you submit payment. RaidReady does not store your full card number or card security code.
  • Access is provisioned after RaidReady receives a valid payment confirmation. We send a private, time-limited access link to the buyer's RaidReady account email; for a new account, that is the email used at Checkout.

3. What the Challenge includes

The Challenge starts with Quest 0 onboarding, followed by seven daily quests, Quest 01 through Quest 07. It includes preparation, required live sessions, reports, AI-assisted tools, and a planned no-stream production/promotion day in Quest 06. Twitch mode uses connected-channel automation where available; Kick/manual mode uses instructions and self-report evidence.

Your seven-day result window begins with the first qualifying Quest 01 stream. Each quest explains its required work and evidence. You remain responsible for your stream, content, platform account, equipment, internet connection, and compliance with platform rules.

4. The 5+ viewers result and refund promise

  • You meet the result when one eligible Challenge stream reaches a peak of at least 5 concurrent viewers during the seven-day result window. Peak means simultaneous viewers, not an average.
  • Twitch-connected results use available platform observations. Where observation is unavailable, or in manual mode, RaidReady may request a self-report or supporting link and may review conflicting or incomplete evidence.
  • If your completed Challenge settles below 5 concurrent viewers, you may request the USD $7 refund through the in-product refund action or at support@raidready.app.
  • The refund-request deadline is 10 days from when you complete Quest 01. This claim deadline is separate from the seven-day result window.
  • Refunds are processed manually to the original payment method. RaidReady aims to initiate an approved refund within 5 business days; your bank or card issuer controls when it appears. Your Challenge access and completed work remain available after an approved result-based refund.

5. Access links and account security

Access links are personal, single-use, and time-limited. Do not forward them. You are responsible for protecting your email, RaidReady session, and connected platform account. Contact support promptly if a link or account may have been compromised. We may replace an expired link after verifying the current enrollment.

6. Twitch, Kick, Stripe, and other services

Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. RaidReady is not endorsed by Twitch, Kick, Stripe, Discord, OBS, or other named platforms. Platform changes, outages, moderation decisions, deleted VODs, or account restrictions may reduce automation. RaidReady will provide a reasonable manual path where the Challenge supports one, but does not control those services.

7. AI-assisted tools

Challenge tools may generate titles, plans, scripts, or other suggestions using an AI provider. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Review them before publishing or acting on them. You remain responsible for your final content and platform actions. Provider failure may produce a manual fallback rather than an AI result.

8. Acceptable use

  • Do not break applicable law or platform rules.
  • Do not share access, create deceptive payment or result evidence, automate abuse, or interfere with the service or another user.
  • Do not use RaidReady to harass, impersonate, distribute malware, or publish content that infringes another person's rights.

9. Content and intellectual property

RaidReady owns its software, branding, Challenge structure, and original materials. Your channel and content remain yours. You give RaidReady a limited permission to process the content and channel data you submit or connect only as needed to operate the Challenge, verify progress, provide support, and meet legal obligations.

10. Availability and no growth guarantee

The Challenge is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, revenue, followers, sponsorships, fame, or any viewer result beyond the refund promise in Section 4. Maintenance, security incidents, or provider outages may temporarily interrupt access; contact support so we can restore a reasonable access path.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access needed to protect users, payment integrity, or the service, or when these terms are materially breached. We will not use this section to remove non-waivable consumer rights. Sections concerning payments, refunds, intellectual property, liability, privacy, and disputes survive where their nature requires it.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RaidReady is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss. RaidReady's aggregate liability for a claim connected to the Challenge will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the Challenge or CAD $50. Nothing here excludes liability or a consumer remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Quebec, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a dispute informally. Subject to mandatory law, disputes are heard in the courts located in Montreal, Quebec.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future purchases. Material changes do not retroactively remove an already-earned refund right. The date at the top identifies the version in effect. Questions, access trouble, or refund requests: support@raidready.app.
