Terms of Service

RaidReady is a community and a set of tools for streamers, run at raidready.app. When you read “we” or “us” here, that is who you are dealing with: the RaidReady service at raidready.app.

You can always reach us at support@raidready.app. The payment screen shows the seller details before you pay.

RaidReady is for people age 18 or older. You must be legally able to enter a contract where you live, and you may use the service only where doing so is lawful.

Information you give us must be accurate enough to provide the service. You are responsible for your email inbox, your session, and the accounts you connect, and for telling us promptly if you think someone else got into your account.

A new account is created at Register, in two steps: you connect Discord, then you confirm an email address with a six-digit code we send you. We ask Discord only for your public profile - your name, avatar and banner - and never for permission to act for you. Once Discord is connected we hand you a single-use invite to the RaidReady server, and our bot gives you your role when you arrive.

Signing in later is separate from creating an account. An email code signs in an account that already exists; it does not create one. Codes are personal and expire quickly. Do not share them.

Twitch is not part of creating an account. We ask for it when you reach something that needs it - the stream calendar, the verified badge, live-now, going-live posts - and we tell you why at that moment. Connecting Twitch is a channel connection, not a sign-in method, and you can remove it from your account settings. The older challenge products also offer signing in with Twitch on their own pages.

A Crew is not behind a paywall, and nobody is removed from a Crew for not paying. Features can be added, changed, or retired as RaidReady grows.

Supporting RaidReady is an optional membership. The monthly option is a subscription; the annual option is one payment for twelve months and does not renew automatically. It is a way to back the project, not a ticket to the community - the community and everything in Section 4 stay free. The full offer, with the founding-spot counter, is on your membership page once you have an account.

The founding price is €19 a month, and you keep it for as long as you stay subscribed. The standard price later is €50 a month. The counter of the first 250 founding spots only goes one way: cancel and come back later, and the standard price applies. The subscription renews every month until you cancel.

The annual option is €199 for one year, paid once. It ends after the twelve-month access period and does not renew automatically.

Stripe processes the payment and the checkout screen shows the final amount before you pay. We never see your full card number.

What supporters get today: your stream is announced in the RaidReady Discord five minutes before you go live. Whatever we build next is included for supporters while their subscription is active. We do not promise specific future features or dates. The Setup and Go-Live challenges will be free for supporters when they open - they are not sold separately today.

Supporting is not always open. While it is closed, the site says so and you cannot start a subscription.

You can cancel at any time. Open Settings → Plan & billing in your cabinet; it takes you to the Stripe billing portal, where you cancel the subscription yourself. Cancelling stops the next charge. Your support, and the supporter features, run to the end of the month you already paid for.

The annual option has nothing to cancel: it is one payment, it never renews, and it simply ends when the twelve months are up. If you want to stop before then, write to support@raidready.app - and read Section 8 first, because a partial refund does not end your access by itself.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason, starting on the day you buy the membership.

Supporting RaidReady is a digital service delivered immediately: the supporter features are available as soon as payment completes. Because of that, the checkout asks you to expressly request that we start providing the service right away, and to acknowledge what that means: once we have started, you may lose your right to withdraw for what has already been provided.

If you were not asked for that request, or you want to withdraw before the service starts, contact support@raidready.app within 14 days.

A full refund of a payment ends the access that payment paid for, effective when the refund is recorded. A partial refund does not change your access.

The withdrawal right in Section 7 is separate and is not limited by this section. Outside that right, we do not commit to a refund schedule - if something went wrong, write to support and we will look at it honestly.

The community lives in Discord. Discord's own terms and server rules apply to you there, beside these terms, and Discord can act on your account under its rules.

You must not:

• break the law or a connected platform's rules;
• harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or infringe another person;
• submit deceptive payment, identity, or eligibility information;
• share paid access, automate abusive activity, scrape restricted information, or interfere with the service; or
• use RaidReady to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.

We can moderate the community: remove a message, end a Crew, or restrict an account to protect people, payments, or the service. Where practical, we will tell you why and give you a support path.

You can stop using RaidReady any time. Ask support@raidready.app to delete your account and we will remove your personal information, keeping only what the law requires.

We may restrict or suspend an account to protect users, payment or service integrity, or legal compliance, or in response to a material breach of these terms. Suspension does not remove a non-waivable consumer right or an already-earned refund right.

RaidReady is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and a third-party platform like Discord or Twitch can change or break something we depend on.

We do not guarantee viewers, followers, income, or any other growth outcome. What we provide is a community and tools; what you grow is yours.

To the extent the law allows, our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or €50. Nothing in these terms excludes fraud, gross negligence, or a right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

Discord, Twitch, Stripe, and the other platforms you connect have their own terms. You are responsible for your accounts there and for following their rules. RaidReady is not endorsed by them unless explicitly stated.

Some features use AI to generate suggestions. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Check it before you publish anything, and you remain responsible for what goes out under your name.

We may update these terms as RaidReady changes. The date at the top identifies the version in effect, and we announce material changes on the site. A change never removes a right you already earned under a payment you made.

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where RaidReady is operated, without limiting mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply where you live.

If something goes wrong, write to support@raidready.app first. Most disputes can be settled in one honest conversation, and we would rather do that than the alternative.
