Terms of Service

RaidReady is a gamified membership club for Twitch streamers. It provides a coordinated raid system, a gamified challenge engine, a community activity feed, a leaderboard, and an AI-powered onboarding coach. The service is available via three membership tiers:

Paid tiers (Raider and Commander) are billed on a monthly recurring basis through Stripe. Prices are inclusive of applicable VAT where required. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months.

If a payment fails, we enter a grace period of 7 days during which access is maintained while payment is retried. If payment is not resolved within the grace period, access to paid features is suspended until the subscription is renewed.

EU 14-day cooling-off right. Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. However, by accessing paid features (such as full challenge packs, raid participation, or Hotseat access) after payment, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that the cooling-off right is waived. This waiver will be confirmed explicitly at checkout.

All payments are processed by Stripe. RaidReady does not store card numbers or CVVs. Stripe's terms apply to payment processing.

Using the full RaidReady product requires connecting a Twitch account via OAuth. This grants RaidReady read-only access to your Twitch channel metadata (bio, tags, stream title, VOD count, schedule, clip count, account data) for the purpose of generating your Readiness Score and enabling the AI coach.

RaidReady does not receive access to send messages, initiate raids, or take any action on your Twitch channel. The OAuth access is scoped to read-only channel data.

You can revoke RaidReady's access to your Twitch account at any time from your Twitch settings at twitch.tv/settings/connections. Revoking access will disconnect the integration and may affect features that depend on Twitch data.

RaidReady includes an AI Growth Coach powered by the Claude API (Anthropic). The coach reads your Twitch channel data and provides suggestions for your bio, stream tags, stream titles, and onboarding challenges.

AI-generated suggestions are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing any suggestions before applying them to your Twitch channel. RaidReady does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content for your specific channel or audience.

AI coach conversation data is sent to Anthropic's API and is subject to Anthropic's data processing terms. Session transcripts are stored in our database to provide the feature and its history. We do not currently apply an automatic fixed-day purge; transcripts are deleted when you request erasure or your account is deleted. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

RaidReady coordinates club raids using Twitch's native /raid feature. When a raid is scheduled, participating members voluntarily use their own Twitch accounts to raid the host streamer. RaidReady facilitates scheduling and RSVPs but does not initiate raids on behalf of members.

Participation in raids is entirely opt-in. You are not required to attend any raid. When participating in a raid, you must comply with Twitch's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. You are responsible for the raids you initiate from your own Twitch account.

RaidReady reserves the right to suspend members who use the raid coordination feature to harass, target, or harm other streamers, or who otherwise violate Twitch's Community Guidelines in the context of club activity.

The following are grounds for immediate account suspension without refund:

• · Harassment, targeted abuse, or intimidation of any member or streamer
• · Attempting to evade a ban or suspension by creating a new account
• · Creating fake accounts or providing false information at signup
• · Posting or sharing hate speech, content that sexualises minors, or illegal content
• · Using the raid coordination feature to organise targeted harassment of another streamer
• · Any activity that violates Twitch's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service in connection with RaidReady

RaidReady owns the platform, branding, challenge content, and all original content on the site. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute RaidReady content without written permission.

You own your Twitch channel and all content you produce on it. RaidReady does not claim ownership of your channel or content. By using RaidReady, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to display your Twitch username, avatar, and aggregated stats (points, level, rank) within the RaidReady platform and community surfaces (leaderboard, activity feed, raid results) for the purpose of operating the club experience.

RaidReady is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular growth outcome will result from using the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RaidReady's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid to RaidReady in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish or EU law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
