RaidReady Giveaway Terms & Conditions

The RaidReady Giveaway begins on August 10th, 2026 at 00:01 AM UTC and ends on October 16th, 2026 at 7:00 AM UTC (“Giveaway Period”).

All entries must be submitted before the Giveaway Period ends. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

The Giveaway is open to participants worldwide.

To enter, participants must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in their country of residence, whichever is higher.
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Employees, contractors, partners, and immediate family members of RaidReady are excluded from participation.

No purchase is required to enter the Giveaway.

To enter:

1. Register for the Giveaway through the official RaidReady Giveaway page https://raidready.app/giveaway by submitting your Email, Twitch and Discord.
2. Confirm your email address.
3. Receive your initial Giveaway ticket(s).
4. Complete any additional eligible actions made available through the Giveaway system to earn additional entries.

Eligible actions may include, but are not limited to:

• Sharing a personal referral link.
• Inviting friends to participate.
• Completing promotional activities listed on the Giveaway platform.

Each valid entry represents one chance to win. Increasing the number of entries increases a participant's chances of being selected but does not guarantee a prize.

Participants may receive additional entries by referring others through their unique referral link.

Referral entries are only valid when:

• The referred participant completes the required registration process.
• The referred participant provides accurate information.
• The referral is not fraudulent, self-generated, or created through prohibited methods.

RaidReady reserves the right to remove entries obtained through abuse, manipulation, bots, fake accounts, or other unfair practices.

The Giveaway includes multiple prizes (“Prizes”).

Prizes may include, but are not limited to:

• Streaming equipment and accessories.
• Gaming hardware.
• Software subscriptions.
• Digital products.
• Community-related rewards.
• Other items announced on the official Giveaway page.

The complete prize list and any applicable prize values will be displayed on the official Giveaway page.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or substituted unless RaidReady chooses to do so. RaidReady reserves the right to replace a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winners will be selected on October 16, 2026 at 10:00 AM UTC Live Stream through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winners will be contacted using the email address provided during registration.

If a selected winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or cannot be contacted, RaidReady reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Before receiving a prize, winners may be required to provide information necessary to verify eligibility and arrange prize delivery.

RaidReady reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Provides false information.
• Attempts to manipulate the Giveaway.
• Violates these Terms & Conditions.
• Engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

Prizes will be processed and shipped to the winners within 5 business days of receiving shipping information from the winners. Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping requirements.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. RaidReady is not responsible for prizes that cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by a participant.

International winners may be responsible for any customs fees, taxes, duties, or additional charges required by their country of residence.

By accepting a prize, winners grant RaidReady permission to use their name, username, and/or public social media handle for Giveaway-related announcements, unless prohibited by applicable law.

No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.

Personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used for the purpose of administering the Giveaway, contacting winners, delivering prizes, and managing participant communications.

RaidReady will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

RaidReady reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in behavior that compromises the fairness, security, or integrity of the Giveaway.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Creating multiple fraudulent accounts.
• Using automated systems or bots.
• Submitting false information.
• Attempting to interfere with the Giveaway process.

RaidReady reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time if circumstances beyond its control affect the fairness, security, or operation of the Giveaway.

Any changes will be communicated through the official Giveaway page or other official RaidReady channels.

By entering the Giveaway, participants agree that RaidReady is not responsible for:

• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors affecting participation.
• Lost, delayed, or incomplete entries.
• Damage, loss, or injury resulting from participation or use of a prize, except where prohibited by law.
